2. PERMIT FOR THE SMALL ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE TO THE REAR OF EXISTING SHED,
3. BOAT HOUSE. THE RETAINING WALL AROUND
THE DRIVEWAY AREA DOES NOT NEED A
PERMIT. CALLED MR. AND MRS NEVES TO LET
THEM KNOW THAT. ALSO, SPOKE WITH
ENGINEERING REGARDING DRIVEWAY-THEY
STATED THAT YES THEY SPOKE WITH THE
NEVES, AND YES THEY NEED A PERMIT. ALSO
STATED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PLACE
ASPHALT AND/OR CONCRETE IN RIBBON FROM
THE DRIVEWAY TO THE ROADWAY. ANY TIME,
EITHER A COUNTY MAINTAINED PROPERTY OR
NON-COUNTY MAINTAINED-EITHER ASPHALT OR
CONCRETE IS REQUIRED, UNLESS THE ROAD
ITSELF IS SHELL ROCK. SPOKE WITH ZONING
SUPERVISOR AND CLERK (RB/JS) IN REGARDS
TO THE CARPORT AND THE SHED NOT HAVING
PERMITS, BUT WAS INSTALLED YEARS BEFORE
THE NEVES PURCHASED THE PROPERTY (DEED
2018) CARPORT/SHED LOOKS LIKE 2006
INSTALL. HOWEVER, WITH THAT BEING SAID,
WHEN THEY GO TO RESELL, IT MAY BE AN
ISSUE AS THEY APPEAR TO NOT MEET
SET-BACKS. THEY COULD APPLY FOR A
VARIANCE, AS THEY DID NOT CAUSE THE
NONCONFORMITY ON THE PROPERTY. THEY
UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY HAVE TO REMOVE IN
ORDER TO COMPLY-WILL TRY TO SPEAK WITH
THEM AGAIN REGARDING THE CARPORT AND THE
SHED.

ONSITE AS CALLER STATED THEY WERE
CONCERNED ABOUT ELECTRICAL WIRING NEAR
THE WATER. C.D WALKED THE PROPERTY WITH
THE PROPERTY OWNERS, MANNY NEVES
386-569-1660 AND KATHERINE 386-986-5883.
THEY ALLOWED C.D. TO WALK TO THE REAR
AND INSPECT THE OUTLET, WHICH HE ASKED
IF THEY COULD REPLACE THE OUTLET WITH A
GFI AND A NEW OUTDOOR COVER. THEY ARE
INSTALLING A DRIVEWAY, WITH ROCK AND A
SMALL "RETAINING WALL" TO HOLD IN THE
ROCK MATERIAL, THIS MAY BE PART OF THE
DRIVEWAY PERMIT, WILL CONFIRM WITH
ENGINEERING. THEY HAVE ADDED BEAMS TO
THE DOCK AS A COVERING FOR THE PONTOON
BOAT, INFORMED THEM THAT CE BELIEVED
THAT THE DOCK DID NOT MEET SETBACKS, AND
THEY WOULD NEED A PERMIT FOR THE
BOATHOUSE. HE STATED IT WAS NOT A BOAT
HOUSE, CE ASKED FOR HIM TO REMOVE THE
WOOD BEAMS FROM THE POSTS, HE WILL. THE
LARGE BOAT AT THE SIDE FRONT, WILL HAVE
TO BE MOVED BACK TO MEET THE 15' SIDE
SETBACK FOR A CORNER LOT. IT MEETS THE
71/2 SIDE/REAR CURRENTLY. THE BOAT WILL
HAVE TO BE MOVED BACK ABOUT 10'. THERE
IS A SMALL STRUCTURE THAT HE BUILT, TO
HOUSE HIS MOWER AND LAWN EQUIPMENT,
INFORMED HIM THAT WOULD NEED A PERMIT,
AND WOULD HAVE TO MEET SET-BACKS, WHICH
CE WAS SURE IT DID NOT. THERE IS A SMALL
AREA OFF OF THE POOL CAGE AREA, THAT HEY
HAVE INSTALLED POSTS AND 4' OPEN AIR
WHITE PVC FENCING, INFORMED THEM THEY
WILL NEED A PERMIT FOR THAT. THEY ARE
PLANNING ON INSTALLING A SPLIT RAIL
FENCE, INFORMED THEM THAT THEY WILL NEED
A PERMIT FOR THAT AS WELL. THEY SAID
THEY MOST LIKELY WILL SELL THE PROPERTY,
AS THEY HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLES
