THAT IS IN FAIR CONDITION. THE
INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD WILL HAVE TO
BE REPAIRED/REPLACED. THERE IS SOME
LOOSE SIDING ON THE EXTERIOR THAT WILL
NEED TO BE SECURED. THE ELECTRICAL
WIRING AT THE WATER HEATER WILL HAVE TO
BE PROPERLY ENCLOSED. GFCI PROTECTED
OUTLETS WILL HAVE TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AREAS. AN OPERABLE
SMOKE DETECTOR WILL HAVE TO BE
INSTALLED. THE CEILING NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED IN THE SOUTH HALF. THERE ARE
EXTENSIVE FLOOR REPAIRS NEEDED IN BOTH
HALVES OF THIS UNIT. THE ENTIRE
SUB-FLOOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IN THE
HALL BATHROOM. THIS AREA ALSO EXTENDS
INTO THE ADJOINING CLOSET OF THE
BEDROOM. THERE IS ALSO DAMAGE AT THE
CONNECTION LINE. THE SUB-FLOOR IN THE
SOUTH HALF HAS HAD REPAIR ATTEMPTED WITH
1/4" PLYWOOD. THIS REPAIR TO LARGE
PORTION OF THIS HALF OF THE UNIT IS
INSUFFICIENT. THIS NEW PLYWOOD WILL HAVE
TO BE REMOVED AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF
SUB-FLOOR WILL HAVE TO BE DONE WITH MORE
SUBSTANTIAL MATERIAL.
