AFTERNOON AND GIVE HIM A CALL WITH MY

AFRAID TO TAKE THAT ONE DOWN, AS IT WAS
CLOSE TO THE HOME. HE WOULD CALL ONE OF
THE TREE COMPAINES TO HAVE THEM REMOVE.
REMINDED HIM THAT TIME WAS OF THE
ESSANCE, AND HE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE IT
REMOVED THIS WEEK. MUST BE COMPLETE BY
MONDAY. SPOKE WITH THE HOMEOWNER AS WELL
WHILE ON SITE. EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I
DID SPEAK WITH THE OWNER. JD 1 HOUR.

MOVING FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE TREE, ALSO

NOT RECOMMEND, BUT WERE FAMILIAR WITH IN

MET WITH NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OWNER, TO
INFORM HER THAT WE DID WRITE THE
PROPERTY OWNER FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE
TREE, AND ALSO SPOKE WITH THE PROPERTY
OWNER AND HE WAS PLANNING ON VISITING
THE PROPERTY ON THE WEEK OF THE 13-19TH,
HE AND HIS SON WOULD INSPECT THE TREE TO
SEE IF THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT THEY
COULD REMOVE. SHE HAD CONCERNS REGARDING
THAT, IF THE TREE FELL OR DAMAGED THE
HOME WHEN THEY WERE REMOVING, THEN WHAT?
I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT IT WOULD BE A
CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN THE PROPRETY OWNER
AND HER. THE TREE IS VERY TALL, AND
