FLOOD IN APARTMENT. APPROIMATELY 18" OF
DRYWALL WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IN THE
HALL CLOSET DURING REPAIR AND MOLD WAS
PRESENT IN WALL CAVITY. COMPLAINT IS
THAT MOLD WAS NOT TREATED AND WAS
COVERED UP WITH NEW DRYWALL. WALL CAVITY
SHOULD BE TREATED WITH BLEACH SOLUTION
TO ERADICATE MOLD PRESENCE. I WILL SEND
A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD
WITH REQUEST TO CONTACT THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT WHEN TREATMENT IS COMPLETE TO
CLOSE CASE.
