SHE SAID THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING VERY
HARD TO REMOVE THE VIOLATIONS FROM THE
PROPERTY, AND SHE KNEW SHE WAS NOT READY
FOR THE INSPECTION AS OF YET. INFORMED
HER CE WAS IN THE AREA, AND KNEW IT WAS
BEFORE THEIR COMPLY BY DATE, BUT WANTED
TO SEE WHAT WAS DONE. SHE STATED THAT
THEY DID SHUT DOWN THE BUSINESS,
HOWEVER, SHE DID HAVE SOMEONE DROP OFF A
BOAT FOR REPAIRS, WITHOUT THEM KNOWING,
SHE HAS PLACED A CALL TO THE OWNER TO
HAVE THEM PLEASE COME REMOVE THE BOAT.
THE TWO BOATS ON THE SIDE ARE STILL
THERE AND DONT MEET SET-BACKS, SHE IS
WORKING ON THIS. SHE ASKED IF THE
HUSBAND CAN KEEP ALL OF HIS TOOLS, AND
CE INFORMED HER YES, HE IS ALLOWED TO
HAVE THEM TO WORK ON HIS OWN PERSONAL
STUFF, AND FOR FAMILY ONLY-BUT CANNOT
RECIEVE PAYMENT FOR THE REPAIRS, AS THAT
WOULD STILL BE A HOME OCCUPATION. SHE
UNDERSTOOD. SHE SAID THEY WILL ADDRESS
THE OTHER ISSUES VERY SOON. JD 1 HOUR

THERE ARE SEVERAL BOATS ON THE MAIN
PROPERTY, THAT ARE NOT OWNED BY THE
RESPONDENT. EXPLAINED TO HER THAT SHE
CANNOT STORE THESE ITEMS ON THE
PROPERTY, AS THEY ARE NOT HERS,
REGARDLESS IF SHE MOVES THEM TO MEET SET
BACKS. SHE INFORMED CE THAT THEY ARE NOT
OWNED BY HER/HUSBAND. THERE IS ONE BLUE
AND WHITE BOAT THAT SHE SAID SHE CO-OWNS
WITH ANOTHER, BUT THE BOAT IS NOT
REGISTERED TO THEM. INFORMED HER THAT
SHE WOULD HAVE TO RELOCATE THE BOAT TO
THAT PERSONS PROPERTY OR ADD TO
REGISTRATION. THERE WAS A COUPLE OF
JETSKI'S UNDER THE CARPORT, ONE ON A
TRAILER WITH A FLAT TIRE, INFORMED HER
THAT ALL VESSELS AND VEHICLES HAVE TO BE
IN OPERATIONAL ORDER, TRAILER MUST BE
ABLE TO GO DOWN THE ROAD. SHE SAID AT
FIRST THAT IT WAS A HOBBY FOR HER
HUSBAND FIXING JET SKIS, BUT CE INFORMED
HER THAT CE FOUND A FACEBOOK PAGE AS
WELL AS SUNBIZ SHOWS THE LOCATION OF 138
AS THE BUSINESS PROPERTY, AS WELL AS THE
FACEBOOK PAGE. SHE AGREED. THERE WAS A
LARGE PILE OF TRASH TO THE CURB, OF
WHICH CONTAINED PARTS FOR MOTORS, ETC.
SHOULD BE PICKED UP BY WASTE CONNECTIONS
AS IT IS NOT OVER THE 2CY. THE PROPERTY
IS VERY CLEAN, OTHERWISE. SHE HAS LITTLE
OR NO ROOM ON THE PROPERTY FOR STORAGE
OF A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE, IF SHE OWNED
THE BLUE/WHITE BOAT SHE COULD LEAVE IT
WHERE IT WAS LOCATED, AS IT MET SET
BACKS. THE RED BOAT BESIDE THE BLUE ONE,
DOES NOT MEET SET BACKS, AND CE WAS
INFORMED THAT SHE DOES NOT OWN THIS
BOAT. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THERE IS A HOME
OCCUPATION BEING DONE HERE. INFORMED HER
SHE WOULD HAVE TO RELOCATE THE BUSINESS
ELSEWHERE. ALSO INFORMED HER THAT 5-20
IS MAINLY BECAUSE OF OTHERS BOATS THAT
ARE THERE FOR REPAIRS, IS CAUSING HER AN
ISSUE, AS WELL AS THE 12.10.218 NOT
MEETING SETBACKS ALSO DUE TO OTHERS
BOATS/REC. VEHICLES. EASY ONES TO
COMPLY. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND
UNDERSTOOD, BUT WAS ALSO VERY UPSET THAT
THE NEIGHBOR CALLED IN ON HER. GAVE HER
A COPY OF THE COMPLAINT AND HOW MANY
CALLS CE HAD GOTTEN-AS THIS IS PUBLIC
RECORD. ALSO GAVE HER A PRINT OUT FROM
THE PROPERTY APPRAISER TO SHOW HER WHERE
HER PROPERTY LINE IS LOCATED. ALSO MADE
A CALL TO RB/SUPERVISOR TO CONFIRM SET
BACKS ON SIDE IN M1S WHICH WOULD BE 15'
FROM THE PROERTY LINE. SHE IS ABOUT 22'
FROM THE SIDE, WHICH WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR
PARKING OF ANY RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
INFORMED HER THAT IF HER HUSBAND HAD
QUESTIONS OR NEEDED FOR ME TO RETURN AND
WALK THE PROPERTY WITH HIM TO GO OVER
THE CODES AGAIN, I WOULD BE MORE THAN
