COLLAPSED FLOORS, MULTIPLE MISSING
INTERIOR DOORS, DAMAGED CABINETS AND
COMPROMISED PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL
SYSTEMS. HOME IS CLUTTERED WITH OLD
FURNITURE AND DEBRIS MAKING IT DIFFICULT
TO TRAVERSE. COLLAPSED FLOOR SYSTEM MADE
IT DANGEROUS TO INSPECT. COST TO
REPAIR/REHABILITATE WILL CERTAINLY
EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY.
STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND
REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. I POSTED AS
