CASE AS HIS HOME HAS THREE PITCHES ON
HIS ROOF AND THE GROUND LEVEL OF THE
PROPERTIES ARE DIFFERENT. I APOLOGIZED
FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING. I ALSO
INFORMED HIM THAT WE WOULD RETURN HIS
CHECK AS A VARIANCE IS NOT NEEDED. DAVID
STATED THAT HE REMOVED THE TRILER THAT
WAS IN THE ROW. JOHN WILL COMPLETE AN
REI TO CLOSE CASE IF THE TRAILER WAS
MOVED TO COMPLY WITH THE CODE.

SOME EFFORT TO CORRECT ANY VIOLATIONS
