MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE VIOLATIONS HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT, THAT THE RESPONDENT HAD BEEN
GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT THE
VIOLATIONS, THAT THE VIOLATIONS
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND
THAT BY FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE
HEARING, THE RESPONDENT HAVE ADMITTED
THE VIOLATIONS AND WAIVED THEIR RIGHTS
TO A HEARING. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
ADMITTED ALL EXHIBITS INTO EVIDENCE.

THE FRONT ENTRY PORCH ROOF HAS PARTIALLY
COLLAPSED AND IS IN DANGER OF FULL
COLLAPSE. THE WOOD SUB-FLOOR HAS BEEN
REPLACED BUT IS COLLAPSING AT THE SOUTH
CORNERS OF THE HOME. VIRTUALLY EVERY
WINDOW IS EITHER MISSING COMPLETELY AND
BOARDED OVER, MISSING A SASH, FALLING
FROM THE STRUCTURE OR HAS BROKEN PANES
OF GLASS. THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR WAS
LOCKED AND SECURED BUT THE FRAME IS
ROTTED AND THE DOOR IS OBVIOUSLY NOT
WEATHERTIGHT. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR HAS
BEEN BOARDED OVER. SIDING IS MISSING AND
THE ROOF ASSEMBLY IS DAMAGED AND MISSING
IN AREAS. BENEATH THE HOME THE WOOD
SUB-FLOOR HAS BEEN SHORED UP WITH CMU
BLOCKS FOR SUPPORT. ON THE REAR OF THE
STRUCTURE THERE IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE AN
ADDITION THAT HAS UNFINISHED PLYWOOD
EXTERIOR SOME OF WHICH IS COVERED WITH
FELT PAPER. RAFTER ARE ROTTED AND EDGES
OF THE ROOF ARE DETERIORATED. THE HOME
WAS LOCKED AND SECURED SO INTERIOR
INSPECTION WAS NOT PERFORMED. STRUCTURAL
STABILITY IS COMPROMISED AND THIS
STRUCTURE WILL NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED AND
REMOVED FROM THE SITE. I WILL RETURN
TOMORROW TO POST AS UNINHABITABLE
STRUCTURE.
