DETERIORATED WITH ONE OF THE GARAGE
DOORS FALLEN FROM THE OPENING AND ROOF
ASSEMBLY MISSING. PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN
WITH HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS. HOME DOES NOT
MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FROM THE ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND MUST HAVE BEEN
GRANDFATHERED IN. REHABILITATION OF THIS
STRUCTURE WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE
