MESSAGE FROM CE JA-STATING THE PROPERTY

THE LIEN WAS PAID, THE PROPERTY IS NOT

STATED SHE WAS GOING TO SPEAK WITH HER
ATTORNEY, AS THE PROPERTY WAS IN
COMPLIANCE WHEN SHE PAID THE LIEN, SHE
STATED. SHE SAID THAT ANOTHER OFFICER,
JA HAD INFORMED HER THAT THE PROPERTY
WAS IN COMPLIANCE BEFORE, AND THAT THE
DAILY FINES WERE STOPPED. SHE ALSO
STATED THAT WHEN SHE CAME INTO PAY THE
LIEN, SHE HAD ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS
TAKEN CARE OF, AND WAS INFORMED YES. SHE
ALSO STATED HER HUSBAND DOES HAVE PHOTOS
TO PROVE COMPLIANCE, CE GAVE EMAIL
ADDRESS, AND WILL TRY TO ASSIST THEM IF
PICTURES ARE PROVIDED. SHE WANTED TO
KNOW HOW TO GO BACK TO THE MAGISTRATE,
CE ADVISED SHE WOULD HAVE TO GO TO CIVIL
COURT FROM HERE. WHEN CE ADVISED OF A
LIEN, FROM 2018 SHE THEN WAS FRUSTRATED
MORE, DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE DID NOT
REALIZE THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER LIEN ON
THE PROPERTY. SHE IS DONE WITH CE, AND
SAID SHE IS CONTACTING HER ATTY. CE
STATED IF THE TIRES THAT ARE UNDER THE
CARPORT, WERE TO THE ROAD, CE WOULD
CONTACT WASTE CONNECTIONS TO HAVE THEM
PICKED UP AS A COURTESY TO HELP HER
COMPLY THE PROPERTY. ALSO ASKED HER TO
FINISH TRIMMING UP THE YARD. JD/BSS 1.5
