TRASH/DEBRIS ON THE REAR PORCH,
INSTRUCTED MS. HARRIS, THAT IT NEEDS TO
BE CLEANED UP AND THROWN OUT. THERE IS
TWO CONTAINERS OF RECYCLING OF CANS AT
THE BACK, AGAINST NEIGHBORS FENCE,
INFORMED THEM THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO
STORE THAT INSIDE THE GARAGE, AS IT
HARBORES VERMIN. INFORMED HER THAT I
HAVE TOLD HER THIS BEFORE, WITH PREVIOUS
COMPLAINTS AT THIS ADDRESS. THE DOG AT
THE REAR WAS PUT IN HIS KENNEL PRIOR TO
CE WALKING, WHICH WAS GOOD, AS THE PIT
WAS NOT HAPPY THAT THERE WAS A STRANGER
THERE, BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN REI, TO GET
OWNERS TO WALK THE PROPERTY. COTY SAID
HE WAS THERE HELPING THE OWENRS PRIOR TO
CE ARRIVING. INFORMED HIM THAT OVER THE
PAST COUPLE OF YEARS, THIS IS AN ONGOING
PROPBLEM AT THIS PROPERTY, HE
UNDERSTOOD. INFORMED HIM ALSO, THAT THE
W.C. IS GOOD FOR A YEAR, THAT UPON
ANOTHER COMPLAINT COMING IN AFTER THEY
COMPLY THIS ONE, WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC
FINE. HE UNDERSTOOD. THERE WERE SEVREAL
PEOPLE THERE TODAY, ON THE FRONT PORCH
