HAVE DEED RESTRICTIONS THAT THERE IS
SOME AU NEAR HER AS SHE IS LOOKING TO
RELOCATED IN THE COUNTY TO ALLOW
CHICKENS. I GAVE HER MY CARD AND TOLD
HER IF SHE HAS ANY QUESTIONS OR WANTED
TO VERIFY THE ZONING, I WOULD BE HAPPY
TO ASSIST. SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL BE OUT
OF TOWN FOR A FEW WEEKS, BUT SHE WILL BE
WORKING ON THIS TO GET IT INTO
COMPLIANCE.

NOISY ROOSTER THAT SHE JUST GOT RID OF.
ALSO HAS A PVC PIPES WITH HOMEMADE
FENCING TO KEEP A BOBCAT AND COYOTTES
OUT OF THE BACKYARD FOR THEY HAVE BEEN
GETTING HER CHICKENS IN DAYTIME. MANDI
WENT AND GO SOME PAPERWORK FROM WHEN SHE
BOUGHT THE HOUSE, AND THOUGHT SHE COULD
HAVE CHICKENS. CE HAD TO ADVISED THAT
ONLY IN AG ZONING OVER 1 ACRE. SHE ASKED
HOW TO GET THIS CHANGED. WE BRIEFLY
SPOKE AND SHE IS GOING TO DO SOME
HOMEWORK AND ALSO CONTACT ZONING TO TRY
