HAD NOTED THE SOUTH ENTRANCE FENCE WAS
KNOCKED DOWN OVER THE PAST WEEKEND SO WE
WILL REQUIRE THIS TO BE REPLACED AND OR

WHO RUNS THE C-STORE & FOOD MART IN THIS
MULTI-TENANT COMPLEX. HE ADVISED HE HAS
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY BUT THE
OWNERS IS A CORPORATION IN POMPANO
BEACH. THE FENCING THAT IS KNOCKED DOWN
IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE U-HAUL
RENTAL BUSINESS THAT GOES ON HERE WERE
PEOPLE THAT RENT CAN’T CUT THE CORNERS
COMING IN AND OUT OF THE PROPERTY. HE
ADVISED ABOUT THE TIME U-HAULS INSURANCE
PAYS FOR THE DAMAGE; SOMEONE ELSE KNOCKS
ANOTHER ONE DOWN. CE ASKED IF THEY COULD
REMOVE THE FENCING AS IT IS DECORATIVE
IN NATURE. HE INDICATED HE WOULD ASK BUT
IT MAY HAVE BEEN A REQUIREMENT OF THE
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION. WE ALSO
WALKED THE PROPERTY AND I SHOWED HIM A
LOT OF MISCELLANEOUS TRASH THEY CLEARLY
CAME FROM EITHER HIS DUMPSTER AND OR
CUSTOMERS OF HIS. HE AGREED AND ASKED
FOR TWO WEEKS TO BE ABLE TO CLEAN
PROPERTY AND REPAIR FENCES. CE AGREED TO
WORK WITH HIM AND INDICATED WE WOULD
GIVE HIM TWO WEEKS THEN RE-INSPECT. JPO
