GOOD MORNING, I HOPE MY EMAIL FINDS YOU
WELL.

CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS INSPECTED THE
PROPERTY LOCATED 5705 GOLDEN ROAD, ON
SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BOTH EARLY MORNING
AND AFTERNOON. THE LAST INSPECTION WAS
ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2020. WE HAVE BEEN
UNABLE TO GATHER FURTHER EVIDENCE TO
PROCEED WITH THIS CASE. WITH THAT BEING
SAID, AFTER REVIEW WITH MY SUPERVISORS,
WE ARE CLOSING THIS CASE.

THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT CAME INTO OUR
OFFICE ON JANUARY 14, 2020, WITH A
WARNING CITATION BEING ISSUED ON JUNE
11, 2020. I HAD MENTIONED TO YOU GOING
ANOTHER ROUTE WITH THIS CASE, TO HAVE
YOUR TESTIMONY HEARD, HOWEVER, THAT WILL
NOT BE POSSIBLE. CIVIL CITATIONS ARE NOT
A PUBLIC HEARING, SO THERE WOULD BE NO
TESTIMONY FROM EITHER PARTY, THIS IS A
REVIEW BY OUR SPECIAL MAGISTRATE.

OF EMPLOYEES COMING TO THE HOME. WILL
REVIEW CASE W/ SUPERVISOR RB, FOR
FURTHER DIRECTION. THERE IS NO OUTWARD
SIGN OF A HOME OCCUPATION, AS THE HOME

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, OPEN GARGAE DOOR,
AND PERSON BACKED OUT WORK TRUCK W/
LADDERS, SOON THERE AFTER A WHITE TRUCK
W/ ELITLE PAINTING CAME TO THE HOME.
AFTER A WHILE GARGAE CLOSED, AND BOTH
TRUCK PROCEEDED TO LEAVE. CE BSS STOPPED
SECOND TRUCK WHO IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS
THE SON OF BRIAN. BSS ASKED SON TO HAVE
HIS FATHER AND HIM RETURN TO THE
PROPERTY AS THE WHITE TRUCK WAS AT THE
STOP SIGN, FEW FEET AWAY FROM CE
VEHICLE. SON WENT TO WHITE TRUCK, AND
THEY BOTH LEFT, DID NOT RETURN TO HAVE
CONVERSATION WITH CE. JD/BSS 1.5 HOUR

OFFICERS. SHE UNDERSTOOD. THANKED ME FOR

SHE STATED THAT HER HUSBAND IS THE OWNER
OF THE BUSINESS. SHE SAID THAT HE LEAVES
FOR WORK FROM THE HOUSE. HE PARKES HIS
"PERSONAL" TRUCK AND WORK TRAILER IN THE
GARAGE. SHE STATED THAT THEY HAVE
ANYWHERE FROM 2-4 EMPLOYEES. OF WHICH
HER SON WORKS WITH THE COMPANY.
EXPLAINED TO HER THAT EMPLOYEES CANNOT
REPORT TO WORK AT THE RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTY, SHE COULD ONLY HAVE AN OFFICE
IN THE HOME (WHICH SHE STATED THEY DO).
SHE SAID FROM TIME TO TIME THE EMPLOYEES
COME THERE TO GET PAY CHECKS. INFORMED
HER THAT IS NOT PERMITTED. SHE
QUESTIONED THE FACT THAT NOW HER SON
COULD NOT COME AND VISIT AND HAVE
BREAKFAST. I TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT THE
CASE, I AM NOT SAYING THAT FAMILY COULD
NOT COME AND VISIT. I GAVE HER AN
EXAMPLE OF SON COMES OVER EARLY FOR
BREAKFAST, THAT IS FINE, BUT LEAVING
FROM BREAKFAST TO GET INTO THE COMPANY
TRUCK TO LEAVE FOR WORK FROM THE
RESIDENTIAL HOME AND HIM COLLECTING A
PAY CHECK, HE NOW BECOMES AN EMPLOYEE OF
THE COMPANY, AND HIM REPORTING THERE FOR
WORK IS NOT PERMITTED. SHE WAS
FRUSTRATED, AND EXPLAINED THERE IS
PROBLEMS WITH THE NEIGHBOR OVER TRIMMING
OF TREES, GAVE ME THE BACK GROUND ON
THAT. ALL OF THE NEIGHBOR DISPUTE IS A
CIVIL MATTER, NOT PART OF THIS CASE.
INFORMED HER THAT CE WOULD BE INPECTING
THE PROPERTY FROM TIME TO TIME FOR
EMPLOYEES REPORTING (COMING AND GOING
FROM HOME) SHE ALSO STATED THAT THE
OWNERS OF OGG CONSTRUCTION IS FRIENDS OF
THEIRS, AND THAT THEY COME TO VISIT FROM
TIME TO TIME AS WELL. INFORMED HER SHE
IS ALLOWED TO HAVE GUESTS, HOWEVER, IF
ANYONE REPORTS THERE WITH THE COMPANY
INTEREST IN MIND, THAT WOULD BE A
