WHICH HE HIMSELF WITNESSED, AS HE WAS
PARKED TOWARD THE END OF THE ROAD. HE
SAID HE IS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IS
NEEDED SO THAT THE BARKING IS NOT A
NUISANCE. I SUGGESTED BARK COLLARS, AND
HE SAID HE ALREADY HAS PLANS TO REMOVE
SOME OR MOST OF THE DOGS FROM THIS
PROPERTY AND MOVE THEM TO A NEWLY
APPROVED KENNEL AT 140 ANGUS ROAD,
VENUS, APPROX. 10 MILES NE OF THIS
PROPERTY. I INFORMED MR HERNANDEZ THAT I
WILL BE GOING BACK OUT FOR ANOTHER
INSPECTION FROM A SEPARATE PROPERTY. HE
SAID THAT HE IS GOING TO HAVE THE 2 OR 3
"NOISY" DOGS WHO WERE HEARD BARKING LAST
NIGHT REMOVED BY THIS WEEKEND. WILL
FOLLOW UP WITH DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MOVE
FORWARD ONCE RE-INSPECTION IS CONDUCTED.

VEHICLES AT GATE; APPROACHED WITH
FLASHERS ON. FIRST VEHICLE (RED TRUCK)
LEFT; MR HERNANDEZ WAS DRIVING THE
SECOND TRUCK. I INTRODUCED MYSELF AND
EXPLAINED THAT I WAS THERE TO CHECK OUT
A NOISE COMPLAINT; HE EXPLAINED THAT HE

AUDIBLE. DID NOT OBSERVE ANY PATTERNS,
AS IF THE DOGS WERE ALERTING TO CERTAIN
NOISES. GENERAL SUMMARY OF WHEN THE DOGS
WERE HEARD BARKING IS AS FOLLOWS:
10:20-10:23, 10:25-10:27, 10:33-10:33,
10:40-10:41, 10:49-10:51, 10:53-10:55,
11:01-11:02; NOTHING HEARD BETWEEN
11:02-11:20, WHICH IS WHEN I WRAPPED UP
THE OBSERVATION. AS I WAS STARTING THE
TRUCK BACK UP, I SAW WHAT APPEARED TO BE
HEADLIGHTS COMING DOWN SILVER DOLLAR,
WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE MR. HERNANDEZ'S
REVERSE LIGHTS; HE CAME BACK TO MAKE
SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK - UNSURE IF HE
WAS WAITING AT THE END OF THE ROAD WHILE
I WAS AT THE PROPERTY. TOLD HIM I WOULD
FOLLOW UP AND GIVE HIM A CALL. WILL NEED
TO GO BACK OUT AND OBSERVE FROM
COMPLAINANTS' PROPERTY.

ARRIVED AT APPROX 10:15PM (DOGS WERE

DOLLAR LN) AND SAW TWO VEHICLES AT GATE;
APPROACHED WITH FLASHERS ON. FIRST
VEHICLE (RED TRUCK) LEFT; MR HERNANDEZ
WAS DRIVING THE SECOND TRUCK. I
INTRODUCED MYSELF AND EXPLAINED THAT I
WAS THERE TO CHECK OUT A NOISE
COMPLAINT; HE EXPLAINED THAT HE USUSALLY
