PROCESS AND ONLY NOW THAT THERE IS A
SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM TO THEN WANT HIM TO
HELP THEM? CE INDICATED WE WOULD ADVISE

THAT IF HE CAN GET A CONSENT FORM SIGNED
& NOTOARIZED FROM THE NORTHERLY PROPERTY
OWNER THAT THE DOCK WOULD COMPLY WITH
THE CODE. HE STATED THAT HE HAS SPOKEN
WITH THE NEIGHBOR BEFORE AND HE WILL
MEET WITH HIM THIS AFTERNOON TO WORK ON
THE CONSENT FORM. HE WILL CALL ME BACK
AFTER HIS MEETING.

THE HISTORY. NEW BOT DOCK IN NOT IN THE
ORGINAL FOOTPRINT SO DISCUSSIONS WITH
DEP NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE AS WELL AS DNR
ON VEGATATION REMOVAL AND DAMAGE TO
