GOING TO A PUBLIC HEARING IN FEBRUARY
FOR THE CLEANUP OF THE PROPERTY PURSUANT
TO NOV WRITTEN. HE STATED THAT HIS
BROTHER HAD POWER OF ATTORNEY, AND HE
HAD SIGNED HIS INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY
OVER TO HIS BROTHER, BUT ON THE SAME
HAND WANTED TO STOP CE FROM CLEANING UP
THE PROPERTY. INFORMED HIM ONCE CE HAD
AN ORDER FROM THE S.M. THIS WOULD ALLOW
FOR US TO CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY, HE HAD
ASKED IF CE WOULD BRING THE S.O., CE
INFORMED HIM WE WOULD DO SO IF NEEDED.
CE EXPLAINED TO HIM ALL WE ARE LOOKING
FOR IS COMPLIANCE, INSTEAD OF BEING SO

OUR HANDS ON TO NOTIFY ANYONE WITH
