CEILINGS HAVE COLLAPSED IN AREAS AND
SHOW SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION IN OTHERS.
THE EXTERIOR DOORS ARE INTACT BUT ARE
NOT WEATHERTIGHT AND THE FRAMES ARE
ROTTED AND STRUCTURALLY INSUFFICIENT.
INTERIOR DOORS ARE DAMAGED AND WALLS
HAVE MOLD AND HOLES. I POSTED STRUCTURE
AS UNFIT FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY. STRUCTURE
WILL HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED
