UTILITIES. FUSE BOXES HAVE EXPOSED
WIRES. BUILDING DEPT. HAS OPEN
CASE.THERE IS JUNK THROUGHOUT THE
PROPERTY. LEFT BUSINESS CARD WITH MAN
