HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE RESPONDENT.
THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT BY
FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE HEARING, THE
RESPONDENT HAS ADMITTED THE VIOLATIONS
AND WAIVED THEIR RIGHTS TO A HEARING.

UNDER OTHER CASE NUMBERS. THE CONCRETE
SLAB AND CBS WALLS ARE ERECTED AND THE
LINTEL IS POURED CREATING STRUCTURALLY
STABLE CONDITIONS. THIS PROJECT COULD BE
RESTARTED WITH NEW PERMIT ISSUANCE. THIS
WOULD REQUIRE UPDATING EXISTING PLANS TO
CURRENT BUILDING CODE. ALTHOUGH THIS IS
A POSSIBILITY THE EXISTING MASONRY IS
BEGINNING TO DETERIORATE DUE TO EXPOSURE
TO WEATHER. PERMIT NEEDS TO BE APPLIED
FOR WITHIN 90 DAYS OR THE COMPLETED WORK
WILL BE REMOVED PURSUANT TO FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE 105.4.1.2 WHICH STATES;
"IF A NEW PERMIT IS NOT OBTAINED WITHIN
180 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE INITIAL
PERMIT BECAME NULL AND VOID, THE
BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO
REQUIRE THAT ANY WORK WHICH HAS
COMMENCED OR COMPLETED BE REMOVED FROM
THE BUILDING SITE." I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT SO
THEY CAN FORWARD TO OWNER OF RECORD FOR
