AGO. NOW TENANT IS MOVING OUT AND ISSUES
HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED. THIS BUILDING IS
IN DIRE NEED OF ROOF REPLACEMENT. THERE
ARE STAINS IN CEILINGS AND AREAS WHERE
THE CEILINGS HAVE COLLAPSED FROM WATER
INTRUSION. A LIGHT FIXTURE HAS FALLEN
AND IS HANGING FROM THE WIRES ALSO.
TENANT REPORTS FAULTY ELECTRICAL WIRING
THAT CAUSE LIGHTS TO FLICKER WHICH I
OBSERVED. THERE ARE ALSO ELECTRICAL
FIXTURES THAT DO NOT WORK. THE ROOF MUST
BE REPLACED AND THE CEILINGS REPAIRED
AND A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN MUST
INVESTIGATE AND CERTIFY THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM. THE ROOF WORK WILL REQUIRE A
PERMIT. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD FOR THEIR
INFORMATION WITH REQUEST TO CALL THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643) AND
SPEAK WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ABOUT
THE TIMELINE FOR REPAIRS. FAILURE TO
CONTACT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WILL
RESULT IN REINSPECTION AND POSSIBLE
CONDEMNATION OF THE STRUCTURE TO HUMAN
OCCUPANCY.

TENANT TO CALL IF WORK WAS NOT COMMENCED
IN A TIMELY MANNER. A PERMIT FOR THIS
PROJECT WILL BE REQUIRED AND HAS NOT
BEEN APPLIED FOR AT THIS POINT.
