REPRESENTED BY CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL
BEVERLY SINGLEY. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF THE
VIOLATIONS HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT, THAT THE RESPONDENT HAD BEEN
GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT THE
