ADDRESSING THOSE VIOLATIONS AND CASE WAS
CLOSED AFTER FIRE. AT THAT TIME REPORTS
SHOWED 22 STRUCTURES ON THIS PROPERTY.
THIS IS A REPORT OF THE STRUCTURES NOTED
AND CURRENT CONDITIONS.
UNIT 1: REMAINS AS REPORTED. THIS MOBILE
HOME HAS BEEN MOVED TO THIS LOCATION
WITHOUT PERMITTING. IT HAS NOT BEEN
INSTALLED AND IS SIMPLY PARKED AT SITE.
THIS UNIT MUST BE PROPERLY PERMITTED AND
INSTALLED OR REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
UNIT 2: THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE
HOME THAT ONLY HAS ONE WINDOW WITH
MISSING OR BROKE GLASS. THE BLOCK AND
TIE OF THE UNIT DOES NOT MEET CURRENT
REQUIREMENTS AND IT WOULD BE RECOMMENDED
TO UPGRADE THE FOUNDATIONAL ANCHORAGE OF
THIS UNIT.
UNIT 3: THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE
HOME THAT HAS FIRE DAMAGED VINYL SIDING
AND MISSING SKIRTING. THE BLOCK AND TIE
SYSTEM DOES NOT MEET CURENT REQUIREMENTS
AND IT WOULD BE RECOMMENDED TO UPGRADE
OF THE FOUNDATIONAL SYSTEM.
UNITS 4,5,6&7 ARE NONEXISTANT.
UNIT 8: THIS WAS A CBS HOUSE STRUCTURE.
IT HAS SUFFERED SEVERE FIRE DAMAGE AND
ONLY THE CBS EXTERIOR WALLS REMAIN.
COMPLETED DEMOLITION OF THIS STRUCTURE
NEEDS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED.
UNIT 9: THIS IS ALSO AN OLDER MODEL
MOBILE HOME. IT HAS MISSING SKIRTING AND
7 WINDOWS WITH BROKEN OR MISSING GLASS.
THE BLOCK AND TIE SYSTEM DOES NOT MEET
CURRENT REQUIREMENTS AND IT IS
RECOMMENDED THAT UPGRADE OF THE
FOUNDATIONAL SYSTEM BE ACCOMPLISHED.
UNIT 10: THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE
HOME THAT HAS THE WINDOWS SHUTTERED.
THERE IS SKIRTING MISSING AND THE
FOUNDATION SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT UP
TO CURRENT REQUIREMENTS.
UNIT 11: THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE
HOME WITH MISSING SKIRTING AND METAL
ROOF DAMAGE. MANY WINDOWS ARE SHUTTERED
BUT UNSHUTTERED WINDOWS REVEAL 2 WITH
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. THE FOUNDATION
SYHSTEM NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED TO CURRENT
REQUIREMENTS.
UNIT 12: THIS WAS AN ACCESSORY SHED
STRUCTURE THAT IS NOW REMOVED.
UNIT 13: THIS WAS A CBS STRUCTURE THAT
HAS SUFFERED SEVERE FIRE DAMAGE AND ONLY
THE CBS EXTERIOR WALLS REMAIN. COMPLETED
DEMOLITION OF THIS UNIT NEEDS TO BE
DONE.
UNITS 14,15,16&17 ARE NOW GONE.
UNIT 18: THIS IS A TRAVEL TRAILER THAT
IS NOT BLCKED NOR TIED. I DID NOT
OBSERVE ANY VIOLATIONS FOR THIS UNIT
OTHER THAN IT NEEDING PROPER ANCHORING.
UNITS 19,20,21&22 ARE GONE.
PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN WITH 24"-30" HIGH
WEEDS WITH SCATTERED DEBRIS FROM DAMAGED
STRUCTURES. WITH CONDITION AND AGE OF
REMAINING STRUCTURES I WOULD SUSPECT
THAT INTERIOR INSPECTIONS WOULD REVEAL
ADDITIONAL VIOLATIONS. AT THIS POINT I
WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ALL REMAINING
STRUCTURES BE REMOVED AND PROPERTY BE
CLEARED AND CLEANED OF ALL DEBRIS TO
AVOID HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
