STATED MR. MCPHERSON HAS PLANTED FLOWERS
CAUSING A BLOCKAGE TO THE ENTRY AREA OF
THE RV PARK. WE TALKED TO MR. MCPHERSON
AND INFORM HIM HE HAD TO REMOVE THE
PLANTS THAT ARE BLOCKING THE ENTRY
POINT. WE EXPLAINED BOTH SIDES HAVE
ACCESS TO THE EASEMENT. HE UNDETSTOOD
AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO REMOVE THE
PLANTS. GAVE UNTIL 10-4-2019 TO COMPLY.
