FOR A FAN. RYAN SAID THAT THE PERSON
LIVING IN THE TENT JUST GOT THERE. THEY
HAVE DONE A LOT OF WORK ON THE PROPERTY.
INFORMED HIM THAT THE PALLETS AT THE
FRONT OF THE ROAD WILL NOT BE PICKED UP
BY WASTE CONNECTIONS, THEY WILL HAVE TO
TAKE TO THE LANDFILL, AND I WILL NEED
RECIEPTS. THE CADILAC THAT IS AT THE
FRONT, CE RAN THE VIN NUMBER, AND IT
CAME BACK WITH CURRENT TAGS UNTIL
5-17-2020. THEY SAID THEY JUST HAD THE
CAR TOWED HERE, BUT CE INFORMED THEM
THAT CE WAS IN THE IN AREA SOME TIME AGO
AND SAW THE CAR. THERE IS A PILE OF TREE
DEBRIS, THAT RYAN SAID CAME FROM R&B??
ASKED HIM TO BUNDLE AND TIE THE TREE
DEBRIS AND PUT OUT FOR PICK UP ON HORT.

ACCUMULATION AND HARBORAGE. GAVE UNTIL
10-17-2019 TO COMPLY. THERE IS A SMALL
TENT AT THE FRONT SIDE OF THE HOME WITH
A FAN PLUGGED IN AND DIRECTED INTO THE
TENT. ASKED DIANA ABOUT IT AND SHE
STATED IT WAS A FAMILY MEMBER LIVING IN
THE TENT AND WOULD BE GONE THIS WEEKEND.
THERE ARE SOME APPLICANCES, WOOD AND
CHAIR AT FRONT NEAR TRASH CANS THAT NEED
TO BE REMOVED. THERE IS A TRUCK TOPPER
THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF OF THE
GROUND. THE BACK YARD HAS EXTREMLY HIGH
GRASS/WEEDS, AND PALLETS, AND WOOD
(ACCUMULATION). INFORMED THEM THAT THEY
NEED TO MOW THE GRASS, AS THEY WERE JUST
SPRAYING THE GRASS, AND REMOVE THE
PALLETS AND ALL OF THE ACCUMULATION FROM
THE PROPERTY. ALSO INFORMED DIANA THAT
WHEN CE RETURNS, WE MAY ISSUE A NOTICE
OF VIOLATION AND THEN THE COUNTY WOULD
COME IN AND CLEAN THE PROPERTY. THE
COMPLAINT ALSO STATED THAT THE HOME IS
LACKING A GARAGE DOOR, THAT IS NOT A
CODE VIOLATION. THE PROPERTY IS NOT AS
BAD AS CE HAS SEEN IT IN THE PAST, BUT
THERE IS STILL WORK TO DO. THERE ARE
SEVERAL CHILDRENS TOYS AT THE FRONT SIDE
YARD, THAT ARE PERMITTED-NOT A VIOLATION
OF COUNTY CODE. AS ALWAYS, THEY WERE
VERY NICE, AND STATED THEY WOULD GET THE
PROPERTY CLEANED UP AGAIN. JD 1.5 HOUR.
