ONSITE. THE ELECTRICAL WIRING FOR THE
FAN AND LIGHT IN THE LIVING ROOM NEEDS
TO BE SECURED IN A RACEWAY. THE A/C
DISCONNECT NEEDS TO BE SECURED TO THE
WALL. THE WALL AROUND THE TOILET IN THE
HALL BATH NEEDS TO BE PATCHED SO THERE
ARE NO HOLES TO THE WALL CAVITY. THE
SINK IN THE HALL BATH NEEDS TO BE
SEALED/SECURED TO THE SINK CABINET.
TENANT REPORTED THAT HE HAS RECEIVED AN
EVICTION NOTICE AND THAT HE WISHES TO
VOID THE LEASE AGREEMENT. I WILL SEND A
COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER WITH
REQUEST TO CALL BUILDING DEPARTMENT
(863-402-6643) WHEN REPAIRS ARE MADE TO
REINSPECT AND CLOSE CASE.
