INTRUSION. SEVERAL LIGHT FIXTURES ARE
REMOVED OR DISLODGED FROM THE BOXES.
THERE ARE ALSO TWO WINDOWS WITH BROKEN
PANES OF GLASS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE
MASTER BEDROOM AND THE UTILITY ROOM. THE
WOOD FENCE IS DILAPIDATED AND IN NEED OF
REPAIR AND THE ACCESSORY SHED STRUCTURE
DOES NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS. FENCE
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AND THE SHED
REMOVED. POSTED NOTICE STATES THAT
PROPERTY IS BEING SERVICED BY M&M
MORTGAGE SERVICES. (800-336-4890) I WILL
TURN OVER TO CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR
PROCESS AND PROCEDURES TO MAKE
