NEED TO BE REPAIRED. PREMISES HAVE HIGH
GRASS AND WEEDS AND NEEDS TO BE MOWED.
MOBILE HOME IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND,
WINDOWS ARE INTACT AND DOORS ARE SECURE.
INTERIOR INSPECTION WAS NOT DONE SO
INTERIOR IS NOT REPORTED. THE SKIRTING
ON THE WEST SIDE HAS A SECTION
MISSING/REMOVED. THIS SKIRTING NEEDS TO
BE REPLACED/REPAIRED. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER INFORMING OF
STANDARD HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS. PERMIT
WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ROOF
REPLACEMENT. I WILL CLOSE THIS CASE WHEN
PERMIT IS OBTAINED AND REPAIRS ARE MADE.
