STRUCTURE. THE ENTRY DOOR UNDER THE
CARPORT WAS HELD SHUT WITH PILES OF
NEWSPAPERS. INTERIOR INSPECTION SHOWED
HOME ABANDONED. CLUTTER AND DEBRIS WAS
STREWN THROUGHOUT THE HOME. MISSING
INTERIOR DOORS, COLLAPSED CEILINGS TO
POINT THAT THE ROOF STRUCTURE HAS
COLLAPSED ON THE REAR BEDROOM AREA.
WATER INTRUSION HAS CAUSED MOLD AND
MILDEW GROWTH THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THERE
ARE ALSO TWO ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
(SHEDS) LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE
PROPERTY WHICH ALSO ARE DILAPIDATED AND
STRUCTURALLY UNSAFE. ALL STRUCTURES WILL
HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM
THE PROPERTY. I WILL RETURN AND POST
PROPERTY. PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED.
