DRYWALL CEILINGS HAAVE COLLAPSED AND THE
KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE WARPED AND
DETERIORATED DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. THE
ELECTRICAL PANEL HAS BEEN VANDALIZED AND
WILL NEED REPLACEMENT. PREMISES ARE
OVERGROWN WITH 3' HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS.
REHABILITATION OF THIS STRUCTURE WILL
CERTAINLY EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE
STRUCTURE. I POSTED STRUCTURE AS UNFIT
FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND STRUCTURE
SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM
THE PROPERTY.
