THEY HAVE BROUGHT A MOBILE HOME ONTO THE LOT. IT
IS IN BAD CONDITION, PEICES WERE FLYING EVERYWHERE
WHEN THEY WERE BRINGING IT DOWN THE ROAD. THEY
REMOVED A FIFTH WHEEL OFF THE PROPERTY. NO PERMITS
ON FILE FOR REPLACEMENT HOME.
ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS WALKED IN TO THE BUILDING
DEPT. TO REPORT THIS LOCATION AND TO LET US KNOW
THAT THEY HAVE MOVED MORE PEOPLE INTO THE FIFTH
WHEEL.

ABANDONED MOBILE. YC

IN FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER. I CALLED OWNER
AND INFORMED THAT PERMIT HAS NOT BEEN
APPLIED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
MOBILE HOME AND THAT COMPLAINT SAID
PEOPLE LIVING IN TRAILER. OWNER SAID
TRAILER SHOULD NOT BE OCCUPIED. THEY
SAID THEY WERE IN CONTACT WITH MOBILE
HOME SETTER AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE
THEM APPLY FOR THE PERMIT AND REMOVE THE
FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER.

INSPECTION SHOWS MULTIPLE WINDOWS WITH
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. THESE PANES OF
GLASS ARE IN PROCESS OF BEING REPLACED.
ONE EXTERIOR ENTRY DOOR NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED. THE INSULATION AND BOTTOM
BOARD WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED/REPLACED.
ALL CEILINGS AND WALLS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED TO NOT HAVE HOLES OR MISSING
WALL FINISH. THE BATHROOMS WILL HAVE TO
BE REPAIRED TO BE FUNCTIONAL. GFI
PROTECTED OUTLETS WILL HAVE TO BE
INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AREA. WITH GAS
STOVE APPLIANCE THE SMOKE DETECTOR WILL
HAVE TO BE A COMBO UNIT. THE EXTERIOR
SIDING WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED SO THAT
THERE ARE NO HOLES WHICH ADMIT WATER
INTRUSION INTO WALL CAVITY. A STATE
LICENSED MOBILE HOME SETTER WILL BE
REQUIRED FOR PERMITTING OF THE
INSTALLATION OF THE UNIT. PERMITS WILL
BE REQUIRED FOR PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC
AND IF A/C UNIT IS INSTALLED A
MECHANICAL PERMIT WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.
IF A/C UNIT IS NOT INSTALLED THE WINDOWS
WILL REQUIRE SCREENS.

WORKING ON REPLACING BROKEN GLASS IN
WINDOWS AND CLEANING MOBILE HOME.
WORKERS CALLED THE OWNER AND I SPOKE
WITH HIM. PERMIT IS IN PROCESS OF BEING
OBTAINED.
