TODAY IF SOMEONE WOULD BE HOME. MADE
SITE VISIT AND NO ONE WAS HOME. HOME
APPEARS STRUCTURALLY SOUND WITH RECENT
NEW ROOF. RECORDS SHOW A ROOF PERMIT
#18020698 WITH FINAL INSPECTION ON
3/21/2018. NO BROKEN PANES OF GLASS IN
WINDOWS. PREMISES ARE CLUTTERED WITH
DEBRIS THE REAR PORCH CEILING HAS BEEN
REMOVED AND THE OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR HAS
BEEN INFILLED WITH WOOD FRAME WALL AND
FRENCH DOORS INSTALLED. THESE FRENCH
DOORS HAVE BROKEN GLASS AND ARE DAMAGED
ALONG WITH THE FRAME. INTERIOR
INSPECTION WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DONE. I
WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER
FOR THEIR INFORMATION WITH REQUEST THAT
WHEN RENTERS ARE OUT AND REPAIRS ARE
MADE TO PLEASE CALL THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT FOR REINSPECTION TO CLOSE
THIS CASE. THE REAR CEILING NEEDS TO BE
ENCLOSED AND THE INFILL AND FRENCH DOORS
ON THE GARAGE NEED TO BE WEATHERTIGHT TO
NOT ALLOW WATER INTRUSION. PLEASE CALL
