HOME WITH A WOOD FRAME ADDITION ON THE
SOUTH SIDE. WINDOWS ARE MISSING OR HAVE
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. THASH AND DEBRIS
CLUTTER THE PREMISES. THE REAR ENTRY
DOOR WAS UNLOCKED ALLOWING ACCESS. HOME
HAS DAMAGED CEILINGS AND WALLS, MISSING
INTERIOR DOORS, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
HANGING FROM WIRES DISLODGED FROM THE
BOXES. COST OF REPAIR/REHABILITATION
WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE
STRUCTURE AND STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE
REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. WHILE ONSITE
THE NEIGHBOR TO THE EAST SHARED THAT
PROPERTY HAD RECENTLY BEEN PURCHASED BY
A FAMILY MEMBER AND DEMOLITION WAS
SCHEDULED. SHE INQUIRED IF DEMOLITION
PERMIT WAS REQUIRED AND SAID SHE WOULD
INFORM NEW OWNER OF NEED FOR PERMIT TO
DEMO. I WILL HOLD STANDARD HOUSING
REPORT TO NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF DEMO
PERMIT IS OBTAINED BRINGING INTO
COMPLIANCE.

ADDITION ON THE SOUTH SIDE. PROPERTY IS
POSTED NO TRESSPASS. THERE IS DEBRIS AND
ACCUMULATION SCATTERED ABOUT THE
PREMISES. A SHED AT THE REAR OF THE
STRUCTURE IS IN NEED OF SIDING REPAIR.
ONE WINDOW HAS PLYWOOD COVERING THE
WINDOW OPENING. FULL INSPECTION WILL
REQUIRE OWNER ALLOWING ENTRY AS VISIBLE
VIOLATIONS FROM ROW DO NOT CONSTITUTE
EMMINENT DANGER TO ALLOW ENTRY. I WILL
TURN OVER TO CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR
PROCESS OF DEBRIS AND ACCUMULATION AND
SEE IF THEY CAN GAIN ENTRY AUTHORIZATION
FOR FULL INSPECTION.
