FRONT ENTRY DOOR AND THE FRAMED WALLS
ADJACENT TO IT HAS COLLAPSED AND IS
LEANING AGAINST AN INTERIOR WALL. ENTRY
THROUGH THIS DOOR WAS IMPOSSIBLE.
WINDOWS HAVE BROKEN GLASS. THE REAR
ENTRY DOOR IS ALSO MISSING AND THE
EXTERIOR WALL AROUND IT IS DAMAGED AND
OPEN. WINDOWS HAVE BROKEN GLASS. THE
INTERIOR IS CLUTTERED WITH DEBRIS AND
TRASH. INTERIOR DOORS ARE MISSING THE
KITCHEN AREA IS PILED WITH DEBRIS. THE
FLOOR HAS HOLES AND THE CEILINGS SHOW
STAINS AND DAMAGE FROM WATER INTRUSION
DUE TO ROOF FAILURE. THIS UNIT CANNOT BE
REHABILITATED AS STRUCTURAL EXTERIOR
WALLS HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED. IT WILL
HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM
THE PROPERTY. I POSTED THE STRUCTURE AS
UNSAFE FOR HUMAN OCCUPATION.
