REAR PORCH ROOF HAS CONTINUED TO
COLLAPSE AS NOTED IN PREVIOUS
INSPECTION. THE ELECTRIC RISER IS
DAMAGED ABOVE THE ROOF LINE AND WILL
HAVE TO BE REPLACED. POWER COMPANY
FEEDER CONDUCTORS HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED
SO STRUCTURE HAS NO POWER. THE WOOD
SOFFIT AND FASCIA IS DETERIORATED AND
FALLEN IN AREAS AND THE ENTIRE ROOF
ASSEMBLY IS IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. THE
SHED AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY DOES
NOT MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS AND HAS
DAMAGED EXTERIOR SIDING. AT THIS POINT I
HAVE CONDEMNED THE PROPERTY AS UNFIT FOR
HUMAN HABITATION AND WILL TURN OVER TO
CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR PROCESS AND
PROCEDURES. A STANDARD HOUSING FORM WILL
BE REQUIRED FOR THEIR PROCESS. I WILL
SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER FOR
THEIR INFORMATION AND GIVE A COPY TO
CODE ENFORCEMENT WITH REQUEST FOR A SHC
FORM.

THAT THE INTERIOR FLOORS ARE COLLAPSED
IN AREAS AND THAT THE BATHROOMS AND
PLUMBING ARE GUTTED. AT THIS POINT
NEEDED REPAIRS ARE BORDERING ON 50%
VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. CONTINUED
DETERIORATION WILL LEAD TO CONDEMNATION
OF THE STRUCTURE. IF OWNER WISHES TO
REHABILITATE SUCH REHABILITATION WILL
NEED TO COMMENCE WITHIN 60 DAYS.
REHABILITATION WILL REQUIRE BUILDING
OFFICIAL BEING GRANTED ENTRY TO PERFORM
INTERIOR INSPECTIOM TO DOCUMENT EXTENT
OF REPAIRS NEEDED. IF OWNER WISHES TO
AVOID CONDEMNATION THEY WILL HAVE TO
CALL THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
