THERE ARE 4 STRUCTURES ON POSSIBLY 3
DIFFERENT LOTS ALL OWNED BY THE SAME
OWNERS. THE OLD WOOD FRAME STRUCTURE ON
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY
APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN A RESIDENSE AT ONE
TIME BUT IS NOW BEING USED FOR STORAGE.
THIS STRUCTURE IS IN VERY POOR
CONDITION. TERMITES HAVE EATEN THE
LOADBEARING SUPPORT BEAM AND THE
EXTERIOR WALL IS FAILING. AS AN
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE THE STANDARD HOUSING
CODE REQUIRES THAT IT BE "MAINTAINED AND
STRUCTURALLY SOUND". THE CONDITION OF
THIS STRUCTURE IS A VIOLATION OF SHC
12.19.305 (O) AND WILL HAVE TO BE
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
THERE IS ALSO A MOBILE HOME UNIT LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHEAST OF THE PROPERTY. USE OF
THIS STRUCTURE IS UNDETERMINED BUT IT IS
ALSO IN POOR CONDITION WITH MISSING
EXTERIOR SIDING AND VISIBLY QUESTIONABLE
STRUCTURAL STABILITY. THIS MOBILE UNIT
IS ALSO A VIOLATION OF SHC 12.19.305 (O)
AND WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
PROPERTY. THE OTHER HOUSE AND GARAGE
STRUCTURES APPEAR TO BE COMPLIANT
STRUCTURES. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO OWNER FOR THEIR INFORMATION
AND COMPLIANCE BEFORE TURNING OVER TO
CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR PROCESS AND
PROCEDURE.
