INFORMED HIM THAT I WILL BE ORDERING THE
TITLE SEARCH ON MONDAY, THAT IT NEEDS TO
BE CLEANED UP THIS WEEKEND, AND READY
FOR INSPECTION ON MONDAY. HE WAS NOT
HAPPY THAT HE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THIS
AS THE ENTIRE FAMILY HAS WALKED AWAY
FROM IT. THE HOME IS GOING INTO
FORCLOSURE, BUT UNTIL THEN THEY ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE
PROPERTY. INFORMED HIM THAT IF WE TAKE
THIS TO THE PUBLIC HEARING, IT WILL BE
LIEN THAT ATTACHES TO THE ENTIRE
FAMILY'S REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. HE
SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE ALSO
