THIS IS A CBS SFR WITH WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM
THAT IS IN POOR CONDITION. THE ROOF
SHINGLES HAVE BLOWN OFF EXPOSING THE
ROOF DECKING. SOME OF THIS DECKING HAS
FAILED ALONG WITH SECTION OF THE
SUB-FASCIA. SHINGLE REPLACEMENT WAS
COMMENCED AND APPARENTLY ABANDONED. SOME
WINDOWS ARE REMOVED, SOME ARE COVERED
WITH PLYWOOD AND THE REST HAVE BROKEN
PANES OF GLASS. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR IS
BOARDED OVER WITH PLYWOOD AND LIKELY
REMOVED. VIEWING THROUGH WINDOWS THE
CEILINGS HAVE COLLAPSED IN AREAS. THE
FOUNDATION AND CONCRETE BLOCK ARE
STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THE WOOD TRUSS
SYSTEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION AT THIS TIME
ALTHOUGH NEGLECT WILL LEAD TO FAILURE.
CONDITION OF THE ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING
SYSTEMS ARE UNDETERMINED AS STRUCTURE
WAS LOCKED AND SECURE. AT THIS POINT THE
STRUCTURE CAN BE REHABILITATED ALTHOUGH
COSTS MAY EXCEED VALUE OF PROPERTY. I
POSTED AS UNINHABITABLE AND UNSAFE FOR
HUMAN OCCUPANCY. I WILL SEND A COPY OF
THIS REPORT TO OWNER WITH REQUEST TO
CONTACT THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT

WITH PROPERTY. REHABILITATION WILL NEED
