1.INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD WILL HAVE
TO BE REPAIRED/REPLACED.
2. THE SUB-FLOOR WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED IN THE FRONT BEDROOM, THE BACK
BEDROOM, THE UTILITY ROOM AREA AND THE
WATER HEATER AREA.
3. THE EXTERIOR WALL ATTACHMENT TO THE
FLOOR SYSTEM WILL HAVE TO BE SECURED IN
THE REAR BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM AREAS.
4. BROKEN PANES OF GLASS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED IN 3 WINDOWS.
5. THE RANGE HOOD WILL HAVE TO BE
REPLACED WITH NEW OPERABLE UNIT.
6. HOLES IN WALLS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED IN THE FRONT BEDROOM, UTILITY
ROOM AREA AND THE BACK BEDROOM.
7. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ARE DISLODGED FROM
THE WALL AND WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED IN
THE REAR BEDROOM, KITCHEN AREA, LIVING
ROOM AND THE EXTERIOR OUTLET.
8. GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS WILL HAVE TO
BE INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
AREAS.
9. THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR DOES NOT LATCH
PROPERLY AND WILL HAVE TO BE MADE
FUNCTIONAL.
