OBSERVED A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE,
CONNECTED TO POWER AND UTILITIES, THERE
WERE SEVERAL CARS/TRUCKS WITH EXPIRED
TAGS, AND THE TWO CARS SEEMS INOPERABLE.
THEY ALSO HAVE SEVERAL STACKS OF FENCING
(CHAIN LINK) AND SEEMS TO BE RUNNING A
BUISNESS OUT OF THE LARGE METAL GARAGE.
STOPPED AND SPOKE WITH THE LADY THAT IS
LIVING IN THE RV (FOR OVER A YEAR), SHE
STATED THAT HER AND HUSBAND CARE FOR THE
PROPERTY AS WELL AS THE AJOINING
PROPERTY. SHE PHONED THE OWNERS, AND CE
SPOKE WITH THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER
ERICA 954-465-9338. SHE STATED THAT YES
THEY HAVE AN ASPHALT COMPANY AND IT RUNS
OUT OF FT. LAUDERDALE. THEY ONLY HAVE
TRUCKS THERE AND THE FENCING AND SOME
OTHER ITEMS ARE BEING STORED THERE FOR
THE COMPANY BUT THEY ARE NOT RUNNING A
COMPANY FROM THIS LOCATION. INFORMED HER
OF THE CARS/TRUCKS AND THEIR TAGS AS
WELL AS A SMALL JOHN BOAT, NO TAG ON
TRAILER AND EXPIRED REGISTRATION. ALSO
INFORMED HER THAT STORING EQUIPMENT FOR
THE BUISINESS ON THIS PROPERTY IS NOT
ALLOWED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO APPLY FOR
A SPECIAL EXCEPTION. I GAVE HER ZONINGS
PHONE NUMBER, AND ALSO SENT ZONING AN
EMAIL WITH AN UPDATE WITH WHAT ERICA
WOULD BE CALLING ABOUT. ALSO EMAILED LC
TO GIVE HER AN UPDATE AS TO WHAT CE
FOUND WHILE THERE. WILL REI FOR THE 5-20
AND THE RV, AND FOLLOW UP WITH THE
SPECIAL EXCEPTION. JD 1.5 HOUR
