WITH THE SINK AND BASE CABINET. FLOORING
HAS BEEN REMOVED AND PORTIONS OF THE
SUB-FLOOR HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THE HOME
DOES HAVE AN OPERABLE BATHROOM BESIDES
THIS ONE. THE ROOF IS TARPED AND
REPORTEDLY IS UNDER CONTRACT FOR
REPLACEMENT. TENANT ALSO REPORTS A LEAK
AT THE REAR DOOR. STAINS SHOW EVIDENCE
OF THIS AND THE FLOOR AT THIS DOOR IS
SOFT AND IN DANGER OF COLLAPSE. THE BASE
CABINET IN THE KITCHEN HAS THE BOTTOM
REMOVED LEAVING EXPOSURE TO EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT UNDER THE SINK. THE ROOF
NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE BATHROOM
COMPLETED. THESE REPAIRS WILL NEED TO BE
PERMITTED. WHEN PERMITS ARE ISSUED I
WILL CLOSE THIS CASE. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER FOR THEIR
