CLEARED AND ALL THAT REMAINS IS A WOOD
FRAMED POST ASSEMBLY AND GABLED ENTRY
BEAM. THIS REMAINING STRUCTURE IS
DISLODGED WITHOUT ROOF ASSEMBLT TO
SUPPORT. OWNER THOUGHT THIS REMAINING
STRUCTURE WOULD BE CORRECTED WITH NEW
ROOF ASSEMBLY. I INFORMED THAT THIS
REMAINING STRUCTURE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO
BE REMOVED AND REBUILT WITH NEW ROOF.
OWNER SAID HE HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH
LOCAL CONTRACTORS TO REPAIR BUT ALL ARE
BUSY. HE SAID HE WOULD CONTRACT WITH
SOMEONE TO REMOVE FOR TIME BEING AND
CALL FOR REINSPECTION TO CLOSE CASE.
