ROOM ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, AND
WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STORE IT ON THE
PROPERTY. THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF
MOVING, HE SAID THEY SHOULD BE MOVED OUT
OF THE HOME AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR.
HE ASKED ABOUT HE CITATION PROCESS,
INFORMED HIM THAT WHEN WE COME BACK
AFTER THE 19TH TO INSPECT, WE WOULD
ISSUE A WARNING CITATION, WITH TWO WEEKS
TO COMPLY, AND THEN AFTER THAT COMPLY BY
DATE, WE WOULD ISSUE A CITATION, AND IF
NOT PAID OR COMPLIED, IT WOULD BE
REVIEWED BY OUR SPECIAL MAG. AND IT
COULD BE 50.00 PER DAY FINES, BUT COSTS
ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FOR PRESENTING TO
THE S.M. HE SAID HE WAS UNAWARE THAT
THERE WAS CODE ENFORCEMENT, THAT ONLY
THE HOA WOULD PREVAIL AT HIS RESIDENCE.

CASE, WE HANDLE ALL OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY
ENFORCING THE CODE. HE ACTED LIKE HE WAS
JUST GOING TO WAIT THIS OUT AND NOT
COMPLY, AND HOPEFULLY MOVE OUT OF THE
AREA BEFORE IT COMES TIME FOR THE
