WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TWO WEEKS AGO, DAVID
SAYS HE IS ILL AND CAN'T COME TO
PROPERTY TODAY. CE ADVISED TIME TO
CORRECT AND THAT CE WILL DELIVER HIM A
COPY OF THE NOTICES SOMETIME SOON. THESE
OCCUPANTS HAVE POINTED OUT SEVERAL ITEMS
IN HOME THAT NEED REPAIRS, ITEMS THAT
DON'T WORK BUT LANDLORD DOESN'T FIX. THE
SEPTIC TANK DOESN'T HAVE A LID ON IT,
JUST A BOARD. (CE TURNED THIS OVER TO
HEALTH DEPT. 10-4-18). CORRECTION IS TO
HAVE ONLY ONE SFR LIVING IN HOME AND NO
ONE TO LIVE IN DETACHED GARAGE AND TO
SHOW PROOF TO CE BY OR BEFORE 10-31-18.
