SFR IN POOR CONDITION. HOME HAS
APPARENTLY BEEN ABANDONED. CHEST HIGH
WEEDS AND ASSORTED DEBRIS COVER THE
PREMISES. THE AWNINGS HAVE BEEN LOWERED
TO COVER THE WINDOWS. THE ROOS ASSEMBLY
HAS BEEN REMOVED EXPOSING UNCOVERED ROOF
DECKING WHICH IS DETERIORATING AND
ROTTED IN AREAS. THERE IS ONE BROKEN
PANE OF GLASS IN ONE FRONT WINDOW. THERE
IS ALSO WOOD SIDING MISSING ALLOWING
WATER INTRUSION INTO WALL CAVITY. THE
FRONT ENTRY DOOR IS PARTIALLY OPEN BUT
BLOCKED BY DEBRIS INSIDE OF HOME. THIS
OPENING ALLOWS VERMIN AND PESTS ACCESS
TO STRUCTURE BUT NOT HUMAN ENTRY. THE
SIDE ENTRY DOOR HAS THE DOOR HANDLE
REMOVED BUT POSSIBLE ENTRY MAY BE
ACHIEVED BY VAGRANTS AND VANDALS.
CONDITION OF INTERIOR OF HOME IS
UNDETERMINED BUT SUSPECT OF
UNINHABITABLE ENVIRONMENT DUE TO
CONDITION OF EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE. I
WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER
FOR CLARIFICATION OF INTENT OF PROPERTY.
AT THIS TIME, STRUCTURAL CONCERNS ARE
NOT APPARENT AND REHABILITATION IS A
POSSIBILITY BUT FURTHER NEGLECT WILL
LEAD TO FAILURE OF THE ROOF AND WALL
SYSTEMS. NEGLECT WILL LEAD TO DEMOLITION
ORDER. OWNER WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE
