NICE CONVERSATION, JOSE (HE GOES BY
J.R.), #305-244-6354. HE DOESN’T WANT TO
CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS AND DIDN’T THINK THAT
PLANTING THE BUSHES WOULD CAUSE ISSUES.
HE HAS ENCOUNTERED PEOPLE WALKING THE
EASEMENT AND RIGHT UP THIS HIS PROPERTY
AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY AND NIGHT, WHICH
CONCERNS HIM SINCE HE HAS CHILDREN. HE
WENT TO SEVERAL COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
LOOKING FOR ANSWERS OF HOW HE COULD
POSSIBLY PURCHASE A PORTION OF THIS
PROPERTY. HE DID GO TO THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT TO RESEARCH WHAT KIND OF
EASEMENT AND WHAT RIGHTS THE PROPERTY
OWNERS IN THE SUBDIVISION HAVE TO THE
EASEMENT BUT HE DIDN’T GIVE ME A GOOD
ANSWER OF HIS FINDINGS. HE DID NOT GET
TO THE RIGHT PERSON TO SEE IS HE COULD
PURCHASE A PORTION OF THE EASEMENT. J.R.
SAID THAT HE MAINTAINS A GOOD PORTION OF
THE EASEMENT NEXT TO HIS LOT AND DOESN’T
MIND AND HE PLANTED THE BUSHES JUST FOR
ESTHETICS, NOT REALIZING IT WOULD BE AN
ISSUE. THE FIRE PIT WAS LOCATED WHERE IT
WAS, WHEN HE PURCHASED THE PROPERTY, SO
AT THIS TIME HE MOVED IT AND CUT IT DOWN
IN SIZE. ON 11-6-18, CE SENT AN EMAIL TO
FACILITIES FOR SOME ANSWERS. J.R. WOULD
REALLY LIKE TO PURCHASE PART OF THE
EASEMENT, WHERE CAN I DIRECT HIM TO LOOK
INTO THIS? AND… WOULD IT CREATE A
PROBLEM IF SOME OF THE EASEMENT IS
DECREASED IN SIZE? CE WILL WAIT FOR
RESPONSE FROM SUPERVISOR OF FACILITIES
