CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND
THAT BY FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE
HEARING, THE RESPONDENT HAS ADMITTED THE
VIOLATIONS AND WAIVED THEIR RIGHTS TO A

HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS. AN ABANDONED
VEHICLE AND MOBILE HOME ARE ALSO LEFT
ONSITE. THE PORCH ROOF ASSEMBLY HAS
FAILED TO POINT THAT ROOF DECKING HAS
ROTTED AND FAILED IN SEVERAL AREAS. THE
FRONT ENTRY DOOR WAS STANDING IN THE
OPEN POSITION ALLOWING ACCESS TO HOME.
INTERIOR INSPECTION SHOWS COLLAPSED
CEILINGS IN FOUR DIFFERENT AREAS FROM
WATER INTRUSION. SOME OF THESE AREAS
EXPOSE DECK FAILURE OF THE ROOF DECK
WITH CLEAR OPENING TO EXTERIOR. THE REAR
EXTERIOR WALL OF THE HOME HAS SUFFERED
DAMAGE WITH LARGE HOLE TO EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT. THE ENTIRE REAR WALL OF THE
STRUCTURE SHOWS SIGNS OF DAMAGE FROM
WATER INTRUSION. COSTS OF REPAIRS TO
EXTERIOR WALL, THE ENTIRE ROOF SYSTEM
AND ASSEMBLY OF THE MOBILE AND THE PORCH
ADDITION ALONG WITH OTHER REPAIR AND
MAINTENANCE WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE
VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. STRUCTURE WILL
NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM
THE SITE.
