THIS IS A WOOD FRAME SFR IN FAIR
CONDITION. THE POOL AT THE REAR OF THE
PROPERTY HAS AN ALUMINUM SCREEN
ENCLOSURE THAT IS MISSING A DOOR AND HAS
TORN AND MISSING SCREEN. THE BACK YARD
IS ENCLOSED WITH A CHAIN LINK FENCE THAT
ALSO HAS MISSING SECTIONS. EITHER THE
FENCE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED OR THE POOL
ENCLOSURE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED TO
PROVIDE A BARRIER FOR THE POOL. THE POOL
EQUIPMENT ALSO NEEDS THE ELECTRICAL
WIRING REPAIRED AND PROPERLY INSTALLED.
THE FRONT BEDROOM WINDOW HAS SHATTERED
GLASS AND IS COVERED WITH PLYWOOD.
WINDOW NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. THE FRAMES
OF THE FRONT AND SIDE ENTRY DOORS ARE
ROTTED AND MISSING LEAVING DOORS
NON-WEATHERTIGHT. DOORS NEED TO BE
REPAIRED. THE EXTERIOR WOOD SIDING IS
ROTTED AND MISSING IN AREAS ALLOWING
WATER INTRUSION. SIDING NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED. THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS THAT
THE WOOD SUB-FLOOR IS WEAK AND NEAR
COLLAPSE. NOTABLY BY THE FRONT ENTRY
DOOR, THE HALL BATH, THE MASTER BATH AND
THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE CONDITION OF THE
POOL ENCLOSURE IS A VIOLATION OF SHC
12.19.305 (O). THE CONDITION OF THE POOL
EQUIPMENT ELECTRICAL WIRING IS A
VIOLATION OF SHC 12.19.304. THE
CONDITION OF THE WINDOW IS A VIOLATION
OF SHC 12.19.305 (H). THE CONDITION OF
THE EXTERIOR ENTRY DOORS IS A VIOLATION
OF SHC 12.19.305 (K) & (L). THE
CONDITION OF THE WOOD SIDING IS A
VIOLATION OF SHC 12.19.305 (B). THE
CONDITION OF THE SUB-FLOORING IS A
VIOLATION OF SHC 12.19.305 (P). I WILL
SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER
REQUESTING REPAIRS BE MADE AND
REINSPECTION TO CLOSE CASE. FAILURE TO
DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORWARDING TO CODE
ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR PROCESS AND
PROCEDURE.
