IN THE FLOOR. ALSO CONCERNED WITH LOOSE
PANELING ON WALLS. ALSO POINTED OUT
SEVERAL AREAS BEHIND THE REFRIDGERATOR
AND UNDER CABINETS WHERE CRACKS AND OPEN
AREAS ALLOW BUGS TO ENTER. I ADVISED
THAT THESE ARE COSMETIC ISSUES AND NO
STRUCTURAL CONCERNS WERE APPARENT.
TENANT THEN EXPRESSED CONCERN OVER THE
REAR YARD AREA WHERE FALLEN TREE DEBRIS
HAS BEEN PARTIALLY CUT AND REMOVED BUT
LARGE LIMB AND DEBRIS STILL REMAIN SINCE
STORM DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE IRMA.
PREMISES NEED TO BE CLEARED OF DEBRIS
AND EFFORTS MADE TO ENCLOSE STRUCTURE TO
KEEP BUG INFESTATION FROM OCURRING. FROM
PREVIOUS REPORT DATED 8/01/2017
INVESTIGATION OF A/C DUCTWORK SHOULD
ALSO BE DONE AND REPAIRS MADE TO NOT
ALLOW PEST ENTRY. I WILL SEND A COPY OF
THIS REPORT TO OWNER REQESTING CALL FOR
REINSPECTION TO CLOSE CASE WHEN YARD
CLEANED AND STEPS TAKEN TO SECURE
INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT.
