THIS PROPERTY WILL EXCEED THE VALUE OF
THE HOME. THERE IS ALSO 2 ACCESSORY SHED
STRUCTURES THAT WILL NEED TO BE
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE
ALONG WITH ALL DEBRIS EXTENDING TO
ADJACENT LOT TO THE SOUTH. PREMISES ARE
LITTERED WITH CARS, BOATS, LAWNMOWERS
AND PARTS, APPLIANCES AND ANY ASSORTMENT
OF BICYCLES AND DEBRIS. I HAVE ATTACHED
PHOTOS OF STRUCTURE AND CLUTTER/DEBRIS.

ENFORCEMENT TO INSPECT THIS PROPERTY.
CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME FROM PREVIOUS
INSPECTION. WHILE ONSITE OWNER ARRIVED
AND REPORTED THAT HE HAD GRANT APPROVAL
TO MAKE REPAIRS. I TOLD HIM HE WOULD
HAVE TO ADDRES THOSE CONCERNS WITH CODE
ENFORCEMENT. AT THIS POINT, WITHOUT
INTERIOR INSPECTION, REPAIRS NEEDED WILL
BORDER ON VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE AND
CONSIDERATION OF DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL
FROM PROPERTY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. I
ONCE AGAIN WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO AP CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR
PROCESS AND PROCEDURE.

ENFORCEMENT. EXTERIOR INSPECTION IS ALL
THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED. THIS IS A WOOD
FRAME SFR IN POOR CONDITION. THERE IS
STRUCTURAL FAILURE AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE FRONT PORCH. THE ROOF IS
IN DIRE NEED OF REPLACEMENT. THERE IS
ROOF DECK FAILURE IN AREAS ALONG WITH
FASCIA AND RAFTER ROTTING. THERE ARE
WINDOWS THAT ARE BOARDED AND OTHERS WITH
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. THE PREMISES ARE
OVERGROWN WITH WAIST HIGH WEEDS AND
CLUTTERED WITH ALL TYPES OF DEBRIS FROM
ABANDONED VEHICLE, SEVERAL LAWN MOWERS
AND ASSORTED SCRAP ITEMS. NEIGHBOR
REPORTS THAT HOME IS OCCUPIED AT TIMES
ALTHOUGH THE STRUCTURE HAS NO ELECTRIC
POWER CONNECTED AND REPORTEDLY NO WATER
CONNECTION. FULL STANDARD HOUSING CODE
INSPECTION WILL REQUIRE ACCESSS TO
INTERIOR. AT THIS TIME REPAIR OF THE
FRONT PORCH, THE ROOF DECKING, FASCIA
AND RAFTERS, REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF
ASSEMBLY, REPAIR OF THE BROKEN PANES OF
GLASS AND ALL WINDOWS MADE OPERABLE IS
REQUIRED. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO AP CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR
PROCESS AND PROCEDURES.
